Bail in Supreme Court of India (SLP for Bail)

When your bail application is rejected by the High Court, you still have one more option — you can go to the Supreme Court of India in New Delhi. This is done by filing a Special Leave Petition (SLP) under Article 136 of the Constitution.

What is an SLP for Bail?
